# Accommodation (Room /Additional Rooms): Available on a first come first served basis, subject to availability, at an additional cost of INR 42,000 + 18% GST per room (Single/Twin sharing occupancy, for three nights, including breakfast). Advance payntent is mandatory and must be completed on or before 16 August 2026. After this date, participants will be required to make their own accommodation arrangements directly.
